Discover the possibilities!
A project management or project steering tool should be scalable, should be able to drive hybrid approaches, should be tailored, should map standards and, in the end, should be easy to use! If you read texts about project software, it sounds like the search for the holy grail.
We also set out to find – or rather create – the holy grail of project steering software.
For more than 20 years we have been working with a wide range of consultants and are confronted with an incredible amount of requirements. Consultants are always looking for pragmatic, scalable solutions that benefit the client and the client project in such a way that you deliver an excellent result and thus score points with the client.
So you need a solution that can be deployed quickly, is suitable for any type of project, covers all project sizes and is so easy to use that no lengthy training is required.
Based on these requirements, we have developed inAIR and created a modular system that covers everything from the smallest project with “only” time tracking and 10 users, to the control of enterprise transformation projects with >1,000 users, and also shows only the functionalities that are needed.
Imagine a huge box of colorful building blocks, with which you can assemble a small square house, police and fire station or airport, but also the complete Star Wars story.
Do you need qualitative or quantitative KPIs? – Create some for yourself! What should it be?
Recording of resources in hours, costs and savings including input in different currencies, investments with depreciation period, CO2 reduction in tons, employee increase or decrease or perhaps unit numbers and sales with recording of the margin? Do you want to store project profiles? Do you work with measure generation for project duration and need implementation level? Do you plan to record risk factors and a risk score?
Whatever information arises in the course of a project, you are able to capture this information in inAIR – and specifically only where it is really necessary.
Once you have defined and recorded KPIs, this information can be displayed transparently down to the smallest detail in an integrated pivot tool, just like in a BI system, or your standard project PowerPoint slide with the current data comes to you via download in PowerPoint format in your design at the click of a mouse.
The only downside, and OUR problem, is that it takes imagination and confidence when we say, “That works, that’s not a problem, we can map that exactly like that.”
We often look at incredulous faces when we do this – but if you try it, you will discover the possibilities.
